你错报了多少“肺疱”与“肺大疱”？

“肺大泡”还是“肺大疱”

在我们报告中常常会出现“肺大疱”或者“肺大泡”的字样，到底是哪个正确的呢？这里需要指出是应该用“肺大疱”这一专业术语。肺大疱的英文称为“bulla”，我们先看看Fleischner Society是如何解释的。

bulla（肺大疱）

Pathology：An airspace measuring more than 1 cm—usually several centimeters—in diameter, sharply demarcatedby a thin wall that is no greater than 1 mm in thickness. A bulla is usually accompanied by emphysematous

changes in the adjacent lung. 

病理：大于1cm且与周围分界清晰的薄壁腔隙（通常为数厘米），壁＜1mm，通常肺大疱临近周围伴随肺气肿改变。

Radiographs and CT scans.—A bulla appears as a rounded focal lucency or area of decreased attenuation, 1 cm or more in diameter, bounded by a thin wall (Fig 16). Multiple bullae are often present and are associated with other signs of pulmonary emphysema (centrilobular and paraseptal).

平片与CT扫描： 肺大疱表现为直径≥1cm的局灶性圆形透亮影或密度减低区，以薄壁为界。多发肺大疱很常见，并常伴有肺气肿征象（小叶中央型肺气肿、间隔旁型肺气肿）
