一：必备词汇

1-表明写信意图

2-说明原因或解决办法

3-表达祝福／再次表达谢意

1）无论如何，我真心希望我们可以再找一个时间……这个星期天早上你有空吗？

Anyhow, I sincerely hope that we can fix another time for…Will you be available this Sunday morning?

2）我们把它推迟到这个星期天早上好吗？我们可以早点去，这样我们就有更多的时间阅读和选择书籍。

Shall we put it off till this Sunday morning? We can go earlier so that we will have more time to read and chose books.

三：实战练习

1.假如你是李华，与留学生朋友Bob约好一起去书店，因故不能赴约。请给她写一封邮件，内容包括：

Dear Bob,
