[转载]颈部(肩胛提肌)的拉伸(转)
       

Purpose:Stretch levator scapula to alleviate neck tightness and helpcorrect forward head posture.
Starting Position: Stand with your back against a wall whilemaintaining a neutral spine.
Movement:
  • From thestarting position, draw in your abdominal muscles and pull yourshoulders back.
  • Rotateyour head to one side and tuck your chin into yourshoulder.
  • Loweryour opposite shoulder or gently place the same side arm on yourhead to allow for a greater stretch.
  • Hold amild stretch for 20-30 seconds.
  • Repeat2-3 times on each side.
