To use your Hello Belgium Railpass when embarking on international travel, you can combine it with an international transport ticket (Single/Return), which is valid on the foreign rail network as far as the first Belgian station. When purchasing your international rail ticket, you should indicate one of the following Belgian stations as the departure or arrival station:

Yes, but you must be in possession of a valid transport ticket specific to your bicycle (Bike Supplement).

FPS Mobility and Transport (Rue du Progrès 56, B-1210 BRUSSELS), acting through SNCB as its sub-contractor, will process your National Register number, surname, first name and main address as set out in the National Register in order to manage your application to obtain your Hello Belgium Railpass and if it is valid to send it out to your main address.
The National Register will also be consulted to prevent instances of fraud or duplicate applications to check that no application is being made in the name of a deceased person. SNCB is working together with ATOS Belgium S.A., N Allo and Joos Hybrid as sub-contractors.
Your official surname and first name and your date of birth will also be processed by SNCB, public limited company, to check the validity of the transport ticket on the train. For this purpose, SNCB may compare your surname, first name and date of birth as stated on the Hello Belgium Railpass with the data on your official identity document.
Your date of birth will thus be processed to check that you meet the age condition for being able to submit a valid Hello Railpass application.
Your personal data that you send to SNCB will be saved until 31 March 2021, with the exception of your email address. The data extracted from the National Register will be recorded until 31 October 2020. Having given your email address to SNCB so that it can contact you about its products, your email address will be saved until you notify SNCB that you no longer wish to receive marketing promotions.
