1 Rescue Boat draw arrangement 救助艇图解说明

救助艇启动How to Start Rescue Boat Engine

1、旋转选择电源开关“1”或“2”或”BOTH”

Turn the Power switch and select “1”or “2”or “BOTH” 

2、将钥匙插入启动插口

Put the Key insert the start hole

3、顺时针右转钥匙启动艇机

Turn Clockwise the Key to Start engine.

应急手动启动Emergency Manual Start.

“2”or “BOTH” 

2、将钥匙插入启动插口

Put the Key insert the start hole

3、顺时针右转钥匙在启动位置

Turn Clockwise the key in Start Position

1、拉启动把手进行手动启动,开始慢慢拉，待感到

开始启动时，快速拉动启动。

Pull the rewind starter slowly until feel the starter

engage then the pull rapidly to crank the engine

救助艇释放操作 How to Launch the Rescue Boat

一．救助艇降放前的准备

Prepare for rescue boat lowering

1.在就座前，所有登船船员必须穿戴救生衣并固定好。

Before stay in seat, all the crew should wear a life jacket and fixed

2.艇艏部装好首缆与母船连接，以免与母船相撞.

The boat need fasten a rope with the ship in order to avoid collision.  
3.把艇底塞旋紧。

Tighten the boat plug.
4.断开充电插座。

Disconnect the charging line.
5.解除捆绑部分。

Release the bundle rope of boat.
6.确信救助艇没有障隘物。

二、使用电动马达释放 Use the electric motor to launch Rescue Boat

1、打开电动控制盒，取出释放控制按钮板

Open the Box and take out the electric control panel

1、先操作“UP”按钮，让救助艇吊起， 然后操作“LEFT”按钮吊臂左旋使救助艇扬出舷外。

Press the “UP” button hoist the rescue boat, then press “LEFT” button, swing the rescue boat to seaside

2、抬起重力释放手柄，释放钢丝将救助艇放至水面。

Operate/Hoist the Gravity handle and release the Rescue Boat on the water. 

三、使用蓄能器释放 Use the Accumulator to Launch Rescue Boat

当电动释放失效时，船舶可以使用蓄能器控制释放

When the electric motor is failure, vessel can use the accumulator to operate rescue boat.

1、打开蓄能器的控制阀 1， 选择吊臂转向阀2。

Open the Accumulator control valve 1, then change the Valve 2 according to the davit swing direction

2、使用手动摇把将救助艇绞起，然后操作吊臂转向控制阀2 控制吊臂将小艇扬出舷外

Use the manual handle hoist the rescue boat then operate the control valve 2 swing the rescue boat to seaside.

3、抬起重力释放手柄，释放钢丝将救助艇放至水面。

Operate/Hoist the Gravity handle and release the Rescue Boat on the water.

四、使用手动释放 Use the manual handle to launch Rescue Boat

当电动释放、蓄能器释放都失效时，船舶需使用手动摇把释放

When the electric motor and Accumulator system is in failure, vessel must use manual handle to launch rescue boat。

1、取下摇把 1 插入控制释放钢丝摇孔内,使用手动摇把将救助艇绞起

Remove the manual handle and insert the hole for controling the wire, and Use the manual handle hoist the rescue boat.

2、取下摇把 2 插入控制吊臂旋转摇孔内,使用手动摇把将救助艇摆出舷外

Remove the manual handle and insert the hole for controling the davit , and Use the manual handle swing the rescue boat to seaside.

3、抬起重力释放手柄，释放钢丝将救助艇放至水面。

Operate/Hoist the Gravity handle and release the Rescue Boat on the water. 

五、使用遥控释放钢丝释放 Use the remote control wire to launch rescue boat.

1、使用手动摇把将救助艇绞起，然后操作蓄能遥控释放钢丝拉环，操作吊臂将小艇扬出舷外

Use the manual handle hoist the rescue boat then operate the remote control wire and swing the rescue boat to seaside.

2、操纵遥控释放钢丝锤，遥控操作释放重力手柄，将小艇放至水面

Pull the remote control wire to opearte the gravity handle and release the rescue boat on the water.
