赵宏坤，原名赵红昆，Zhaohongkun祖籍：天津武清，字：浩天，雅号：小墨禅，斋号：考真斋。一级美术师，中国老子书画院院士特聘画家、香港神龍书画院院士、北京当代书画院院士、中国书画院高级院士、，，中国孔孟文化研究院常务副院长，英国牛津大学艺术学院特聘客座教授、清华大学美术学院绘画系中国画专业客座教授、研究生导师、中国孔子美术馆特聘终身客座教授、中华炎黄文化研究会客座教授、中国北京融寳滙书画院特聘画家、中国国家画院院士、中国国礼艺术家、中国书画家协会会员、中国美术家协会天津分会会员，北京工笔重彩画协会会员，中国教育电视台《水墨丹青》《名家讲堂》两档节目签约艺术家、雅昌艺术网会员、中国当代美术家网会员，天津市武清区文学艺术联合会研究员、文化部中国艺术科技研究所美术考级天津考区优秀指导教师、《三典轩》签约艺术家、河北艺嘉升华文化艺术传播有限公司签约艺术家、北京荣寶齋画院签约艺术家、华艺瀚祥文化艺术传媒创办人、墨禅工笔画工作室创办人、“碧雲軒”名家画廊创办人，天津市老年大学武清总校和分校特聘讲师、少年宫特聘讲师、华夏未来特聘讲师，职业画家。从师于天津五老之一萧心泉的侄子刘奎龄弟子，著名书画家萧锡钺先生，后又成为宫廷画派名家爱新觉罗.溥佐先生的门下传人弟子，得益于两种不同画风的真传，以及著名书画家张步、米春茂、赵思温、刘双印、赵同相等画家精心指点，使得在艺术的道路上取得很大的进步。赵宏坤先生为人低调，性格稳重，不张扬，长期潜心钻研前人的创作特点，博览众家所长，形成自己独特的艺术风格，富有时代气息。作品曾多次获奖，天津电视台、今晚报、中国书画频道、中国书画报等予以报道。其作品多次被中南海、人民大会堂、国防大学、国家行政学院、武警总部、中国老子基金管委收藏，先后出版《工笔动物丝毛技法》、《工笔马》技法等多部著作，为配合全国少儿消防安全知识的普及应邀创作了《宝宝学消防》等系列连环画并公开出版发行，另有作品被日本、韩国、香港、台湾等海内外人士收藏。
