英语口语：a late bloomer 晚开的花，大器晚成

1)用中文学英语

a late bloomer 原义指“晚开的花”，引申为：大器晚成。它相对于an early bloomer：早开的花，年少有为。

Example：Many famous people wete late bloomers in their career.

2)把学过的英语用起来，用英语学英语

1.把学过的英语用起来理解记忆英语to bloom：

 A bloom means a flower.When a tree or a plant blooms, they bear a flower or flowers.

2.a late bloomer：

  A late bloomer means a plant that blooms(bears flowers) later than similar plants or 

 late in the season. 

  把这些高中英语直接记住就好了，不必再经过中文“处理”。

  So ,if you are a late bloomer, you become successful,become attractive, etc., at a later time in life than other people. 

  Example：She was a late bloomer as a writer.

3.an early bloomer：

  If someone becomes successful, attractive, etc., at an earlier time in life than other people,they are an early bloomer.

She was an early bloomer as a writer.

学英语不单单是锻炼用中文记英语，还是锻炼用英语记英语，让学过的英语互相渗透，最终化为“己有”。
