肌肉衰减症是指肌肉质量和力量的损失,发病率会随着年龄的增长而增加,并会降低患者的生活质量和寿命。
摄入足够的卡路里和高质量的蛋白质可以减缓肌肉流失的速度。维生素D、氨基酸、Omega-3和肌酸的补充都可以促进肌肉生长。
运动是预防和逆转肌肉衰减最有效的方法。
阻力训练特别有效。
快走散步也可以减缓肌肉流失的速度。
